GePNIC – Training Programme at AASC

A Training Programme was held on GePNIC (Government eProcurement of NIC) at Assam Administrative Staff College. The training was conducted by the NIC GePNIC Team of NIC Assam and was attended by 19 participants from various Departments. The participants were appreciative of the training programme and opined that it has helped them to understand many aspects of the application.

GePNIC is a comprehensive online eProcurement as well as eAuctioning solution from NIC which takes care of all stages of the e-procurement/e-auctioning process, from publishing a Tender, Bid Submission, Technical & Financial Bid Opening and Award of Contract, along with SMS and Email Alerts at all stages. It incorporates many security features like digital signing and secured hosting in the National Data Centre.
