Hon’ble CM Shri Himanta Biswa Sarma ,reviews the project ‘Kritagyta’

On 26th June 2021, Hon’ble Chief Minister of Assam, Dr.HimantaBiswaSarma, reviewed NIC developed portal “Kritagyata”, an online pension sanction and payment tracking system which aims to reach pensioners and bring them under a ‘one-stop solution’ digital platform. Pensioners can access this online system and submit their data online and after processing by Departmental officials, the pensioners can also view & download their Pension Payment Order (PPO) online. All Districts have been registered in the System. A total of 367 PPOs has already been approved and issued through Kritagyata.

Hon’ble CM has opined that Kritagyata will be the final portal for pension cases and the old system will be phased out in a timely manner. Scanners will be provided at all field offices for scanning of Service books and SMS Alert to be introduced in Kritagyata.
