Manav Sampada launched in Hailakandi District of Assam
The launch of ManvSampada , Hailakandi district in Assam took place on 16 Oct 2019 making it as the first district to launch Manav Sampada-the HRMS product of NIC.
Deputy Commissioner, Keerthi Jalli inaugurated the new online leave module of Manav Sampada (eHRMS) at her office conference hall here on Tuesday. Hailakandi becomes the first district in Assam to introduce such a system.

Besides, the DC establishment, the Circle Offices in the district too, have come under the new system. Additional Deputy Commissioner Sri.Omar Sherif will look after leave related matters of the Circle Officers man their respective offices.

The employee needs to apply online using Manav Sampada Mobile app or website which will then go to the reporting officer for approval. Each employee has been allotted a log in ID and password.
The official further said that with the introduction of this online system, employees playing truant could be stopped and it would help to improve work culture. Training cum demonstration has been given to the employees so that they can submit their leave applications online withoue facing any hassle.
Additional Deputy Commissioner EL Faehriem, SDO, J Daimari, Executive Officer, Hailakandi Municipal Board, Prodip Timung, Circle Officer, Algapur, Arpita Dutta, Scientist(B), NIC, Mansoor Akhtar Barbhuiya were present on the occasion.
